Our Team
Roller Weight Loss & Advanced Surgery employs a multidisciplinary, team approach to provide specialized bariatric medical care. Our program coordinator assists each patient with all phases of the program. Dr. Kristin Roller leads the medical side of the team and evaluates each patient thoroughly from a medical perspective prior to weight loss surgery. Our dedicated bariatric dietitian provides both pre- and post-op nutritional counseling to help patients maximize their weight loss potential. Our clinical psychologist performs an extensive pre-operative psychological evaluation and counsels patients on behavioral and life-style issues related to weight loss surgery. Post-operatively, the psychologist continues to follow patients, providing guidance and support.
Our program seeks to ensure that patients are making informed decisions, are qualified candidates for surgery and are committed to making the lifestyle changes necessary for long-term weight loss success.

Beth Millard Bariatric Program Manager Beth manages and coordinates the Roller Weight Loss & Advanced Surgery office. She reviews insurance and obtains pre-certification for all bariatric patients, and will help you navigate the sometimes confusing world of insurance. |

Aubrey Dozier, RD Aubrey is from originally from Hot Springs, AR and currently resides in Fayetteville. She received her undergraduate degree at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville while completing an internship and receiving her Master’s Degree at the University of Central Arkansas in Conway. She thoroughly enjoys working with bariatric patients, helping them transition into healthy eating choices to help meet their weight loss goals. |

Chassie Kirby, APN, ACNP, CNOR, CRNFA Chassie is an Advance Practice Nurse with specialized training in the care of patients with complex health problems, as well as those with acute and chronic illness. She is board certified in Acute Care. Her training focused on care of patients in both the hospital and clinic settings, as well as added training on complex skills and invasive procedures. |

Liz McClain, APN, FNP-C
Liz became a nurse practioner upon earning her master’s degree from Houston Baptist University. She is board-certified in family practice and has a special interest in women's health and wellness issues. |

Mark A. Rutledge, APN, ACNP Mark is an Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) with training focused on the management of patients with acute and chronic illnesses. Mark completed his education at the University of Texas Medical Branch and is board certified in Acute Care. He was trained at the Texas Medical Center with the University of Texas and Baylor College of Medicine. His experience has been focused on critical care and internal medicine. |
